Camo (Adopted!) Introducing our newest rescue! He is about 8 months old and weighs 39 lbs. This is one very happy guy who thinks the world is one big playground. He loves people, and enjoys meeting and playing with other dogs. Camo is definitely a ball dog, who doesn't seem to tire of chasing and fetching the ball. We were told that he was somewhat house trained, but finding maybe not so much ;-) He walks fairly well on leash, but zig zags a bit.
He was surrendered to the shelter by an owner who left this pup alone for over 8 hours each day in an urban dwelling. As a result, due to his fear that he will be left alone, Camo will try to be your own personal shadow. He needs a home where he will feel secure and be reassured that he won't be abandoned. Still a pup, Camo is very much a blank slate, with much to learn. He is very smart and observant, and will be easy to train. We just LOVE this dog, and believe this gem, who just needs a bit of polishing, will be adopted quickly!
